Certified dimensional control

Each part is verified with MMC machines up to 4 metres, capable of multi-axis inspection and submicron tolerance (0.4 µm). We provide full control plans, dimensional reports, and certified documentation according to applicable standards.

Multi-axis CNC machining

  • 9 CNC machining centres up to 2000 x 1500 x 1200 mm, 4 axes
  • 1 large-format CNC boring machine: up to 3000 x 25000 x 2200 mm, 4 axes
  • Machines equipped with probes for automatic in-process control

Vertical and horizontal turning

  • 3 vertical CNC lathes up to Ø2700 x 1750 mm, with C-axis

5-axis milling and turning

Certified semi-automatic welding

  • MAG (135) semi-automatic processes certified under EN 15085-2 Class 1.
  • Materials: Group 1.2 and X120Mn12
  • Thicknesses: from 2 to 30 mm

  • Certified procedures for FW and BW
Structural welding for components subject to dynamic load, vibration, or impact in railway, energy, and mechanical frameworks.

Assembly of components and subassemblies

  • Complete or partial assembly with functional validation.
  • Torque control, dimensional adjustment, and operational testing.
  • Sealing tests available when required.
Delivery of ready-to-install assemblies, especially for rail and aerospace sectors.

Industrial painting and surface treatments

  • Application of technical painting as per customer specifications.
  • Management of thermal, surface, and functional treatments.
  • Collaboration with certified suppliers and full traceability control.
Final preparation of parts for specific operating conditions (temperature, corrosion, chemical resistance), common in energy, defence, and heavy industry.

Quality control and verification

  • 2 3D coordinate measuring machines (MMC) up to X4000 x Y2000 x Z1500 mm
  • High-precision calibration bench (resolution: 0.4 microns)
  • Non-destructive testing (Level II): magnetic particles (MP) and liquid penetrants (LP)
  • Complete dimensional inspection and traceability documentation per part or batch
